Rita Frazier, DDS, PC
As a cosmetic and general dentist with a well-established practice in Norfolk’s Ward Corner, Dr. Frazier is well known for her aesthetic skill and for her patient-focused practice. She is OSHA compliant and CPR certified.
Dr. Rita Frazier received her doctorate from West Virginia University’s School of Dentistry in 1982 after earning her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene in 1977. Since graduating, she has practiced in the area for over 30 years. Continuing education provides her with an outstanding and unique perspective on the present and future of dentistry. Dr. Frazier attends advanced training seminars.
Dr. Frazier is a proud sponsor of Special Olympics. Her hobbies and interest include floral design, mosaic sculpture, watercolor, and oil painting. She is also a health and fitness enthusiast, practicing yoga daily, as well as snow skiing and gardening on a seasonal basis. Dr. Frazier has two sons (ages 26 and 27) and enjoys painting in her free time as well.

James Salerno, DDS
Dr. James Salerno graduated from Ohio State University in 1984, and he currently takes continuing education courses almost every month. His undergraduate studies include biology, general science, and animal research. Dr. Salerno has been practicing in the area for nearly 30 years and is a member of the American Dental Association.
He and his wife, Stephanie, have a daughter and a son, Dana and Corey. In his free time, Dr. Salerno enjoys Italian sports cars.
